A super week of Learning
This week we have been talking about the right to be healthy!
Our super learner is Healthy Henry
During assembly Mr Carver talked about how we can travel to school to keep our mind and body healthy. We have been finger hopping to strengthen our fingers and wake up our brains to help us write.
In Maths we have been sorting different objects and things that are the same. We also had lots of fun making necklaces, counting 5 pasta onto our necklace or 10 beads and buttons.
The new sounds we have looked at this week are g, o and c. We have been using our new sounds and the sounds we previously learnt to form CVC words; cat, pop, dig etc. We have done lots of amazing writing that have blown Miss Davies and Mrs O’Rourke away.
Keep up your amazing reading at home this weekend and remember to write in your reading records.
Home learning is posted on our Seesaw page
Have a lovely weekend :)
