Taking our Maths outside!

This week we have been exploring numbers to 10. We have been counting, recognising the numbers, ordering, representing numbers with pictures and even matching the number words. We had lots of fun doing our maths learning outside! 

We love reading!

It has been so lovely spending time in our cosy reading area. Sharing a story is one of our favourite things to do.

We haven’t just taken our maths outside we also have had lots of fun in phonics. We are recapping our phase 2 and 3 tricky words. Miss Barber was very impressed that we could read and write them!

We are amazing artists!

We love making art in our beautiful Atelier! This week we were using biros and ink to create some fantastic pieces of art.

Forest School Friday!!

We love spending our Fridays with Mr Moore in Forest school. We played giant noughts and crosses and continued with our amazing bug hotel and natural art. We also used our engineering brains to make a water system - it was amazing! A few of us found some new insect friends too...
