This week we have been learning about one more and one less. We practiced this in lots of different ways!
Tea Party!
What a wonderful tea party!
Thank you so much to all of our grown ups that came to Year 1 today. We were very excited to sing our family song, share our sandwiches and cake and do some lovely activities with you.
A HUGE thank you to the parents that took on that dreaded hot seat! You were amazing and answered all of our questions so well.
Tea Party Prep!
Today we had such a busy day in order to prep for our tea party! We made our own place mat, sandwich, decorated a cake and made a party crown ready to celebrate our family!
Challenge: Can you make a church or part of a Church using the materials in our outdoor area?
Marvellous Maths!
Today in Maths we were counting forwards using a number line. We practiced this together before then creating our own! We then tested our friends by covering a number for them to have to identify before then returning back to class to record this in our books.
