Always reaching for the stars! 🌟

This week we have extended our art skills, we created fog using charcoal and water colours. We talked about how to blend with our fingers and we used a dabbing technique. 
 

In phonics...we’ve been learning our vowel digraphs with lots and lots of practice of phase 2 and 3 writing. We have been learning the long and short sound of (oo) such as look and moon. We have produced some amazing sentences using capital letters, finger spaces and full stops. You should see our little Foggy Forest books! 
 

In maths... we have been searching for the missing number number bonds to 5 using part part whole and some children have been working with number bonds to 10.
 

For our home learning challenge we all made our own character from a story we enjoy. We can’t wait to show and tell them and make up our own stories next week using our characters.
