Week 1

We are Superheroes!!

We had a super first day back dressed as superheroes!

We all looked amazing. We loved exploring our new areas and getting involved in the new challenges.

There are some new superheroes in town! This half term we are looking for our super learners - children who are working so hard in their learning, never giving up and trying to challenge themselves whenever they can! We had 3 superstars this week - WELL DONE !!

I wonder who will wear the super badges next week...

Look at our amazing maths. We had to work out the answer to our subtraction or addition calculation and then compare them with our friends. This was a multi step job and we did so well! We even remembered our the more than, less than and equal to symbols < > =

Who is a Muslim and what do the believe?

We learnt so much in RE this week about Muslims and what they believe. But we didn’t learn it from Miss Barber our Muslim friends in class helped us and taught us all about their religion. We really liked looking at their special things like the prayer mat and the Arabic writing.

We can’t wait to learn more!
