How did World War II effect children's lives? 

World War II was a changing time for the United Kingdom and the world all over. Women and men played a hugely important role in the success of the War and all of the efforts. Did you know that women helped to build tanks and ships while the men had to carry out their duties on the battle fields. During this time children were really effected so much so that children's rights became a big focus. This term we are going to be learning about how children became a voice during and after the World War.
