History of your local area?

What do  you know about your local area? Would you like to find out how old the home is that you live it? Have you ever wondered what Stretford Mall use to look like in the 1960s? Well this term we are going to be exploring the wonderful area that surrounds our School. As Historians, we will be using first and secondary sources such as pictures, artefacts and documents to discover the changes that have happened in our local area. We will  be exploring how homes, shops and schools have evolved and the impact of these changes on everyday life.
