This Half term we will be continuing to focus on the topic 'Our Wonderful World'.

As well as looking at the seasonal changes upon us, we will explore the story 'Pumpkin Soup' By Helen Cooper. We will write lists of ingredients and instructions and all get to make and try our own delicious soup concoction! We will also be looking at the animals in the story and discussing what other animals we might be able to spot around this time of year! Following this we will begin to delve into the story 'The Foggy Foggy Forest' by Nick Sharratt, learning the words and the structure of the story.

Of course, this half term we will spend some time learning about the celebration of Christmas. We will take a look and learn the traditional tale 'The Gingerbread Man' along with Christmas stories. We cannot wait to get started on our Christmas performance rehearsals and hope that you will all be able to make this on the 17th and 18th of December.
