The highlight of our week was hot chocolate and toast in our den.
We loved it!
Well done to Esme and Jenson on getting certificates this week and taking Charlie bear.
Mr Daniels showed us a new game called ‘cars’ we had our own steering wheel and we
had to listen and look for the traffic light instructions. Red was stop, amber was march on the spot and of course green for go. It was lots of fun!

So many busy writers in our Nursery this week we had to find extra chairs so everyone could do their writing sat at a table!! Some made cards, others shopping lists and some pictures with names. AMAZING!!!
This week we have been busy painting our faces on to paper plates for our display. We looked in the mirror and talked about our skin, eye and hair colour. Outside we continued with the same theme and made faces using all different kinds of resources for the features. There were lots of lovely conversations, problem solving and co-operation from the children during this fun activity.
Also some very funny faces!!!
We had our first PE session with Mr Daniels, we all enjoyed playing the Bean Game. Everyone used their Lindi Listener ears to hear and then follow all the instructions. We were faaaaantastic 👏😃. We will all look forward to next weeks lesson.
This weeks Wellie Walk was a letter hunt around the playground. The children had a little bag and went all over searching for the bright coloured letters that had been hidden. They collected them up and popped them in their bags ready to share later back in Nursery.
What fun we had!
What a great first week in Nursery! The children have settled in so well, making new friends and enjoying all that Nursery has to offer. Our new environment, both indoors and outdoors has proven to be an exciting and stimulating learning experience. All the children have been sharing their learning and the tidying up!
Well done to everyone!
Wellie Walk Wednesday was very exciting and lots of fun even though it was a little wet in the afternoon.
