A fantastic final week of Spring term in Reception!
It has really felt like spring has been upon us this week as we have spent even more time outside than usual - enjoying the wonderful sunshine!
We started the week by mixing the ingredients to make our bread, we then left the dough to prove and Sue in the Kitchen very kindly baked it for us on Tuesday...ready for us to eat on Wednesday! It was delicious! Luckily non of our reception children are like the lazy characters in 'The Little Red Hen' and everyone helped to prepare the bread - and we all got to try some!
We LOVED our Easter Egg hunt on Tuesday on a super sunny day and Mrs Saleem our RE lead prepared an informative Easter experience for us! We learnt all about the meaning and story behind the Christian celebration of Easter.
The children have done amazingly well this half term, settling back into their school life and diving into new learning. We wanted to share some of this fantastic learning with you so have prepared a 'virtual express' for you to enjoy! Just follow the link below to view it!

We hope you have a wonderful Easter break!
