R Elm - Mrs Peters

Welcome to Reception Elm

Hi, My name is Mrs Peters, I am the Elm Reception class teacher and the Early Years Phase Lead. Here you will find a new and exciting theme every half term that provides your child with the chance of fulfilling learning experiences. These will be used to develop a wide range of skills and learning styles. We follow children's learning interests, therefore our themes are flexible in our approach. I am passionate about teaching and love helping children learn and blossom. When I'm not in school, I  love being in the great outdoors, going on long walks with my family. I am looking forward to developing a positive relationship with your wonderful children and families. Please come and see me if you would like any support, my door is always open!

Our learning environments create educational contexts fit for children’s curiosity, creativity, meaning and enquiring minds.

Take a look at some our explorers in Reception Elm. We have engineers, artists, scientists, problem solvers, athletes, and motivated learners!
